SIS STAR PASS Membership FAQs
1. What is an SIS Star Pass?
An SIS Star Pass is a membership card that is issued to those that apply for SIS loyalty club membership.
2. What are the benefits of the SIS Star Pass Card?
The SIS Star Pass offers access to the exclusive members-only section of the website and ensures listings on the SIS mailing list. These two means of communications are used by the venue to ensure that its members are the first to receive news of premium events, special offers on tickets, autograph opportunities, free merchandise and competitions plus the chance to send messages to the celebrities that perform at the venue and other fans via online forums and bulletin boards.
3. What is the membership fee?
Free till 31 December 2007
4. What is the validity of the membership?
SIS Star Pass membership is valid for 1 year from date of issue.
5. How do I know what discounts and privileges, merchants are offering?
SIS Star Pass member can check the latest promotions/offers from participating merchants at:
- Singapore Indoor Stadium website at www.sis.gov.sg
- Email Blast(Members are encouraged to furnish their email addresses in their application)
- Quarterly SIS Star Pass Newsletters.
6. What is the cost for card replacement?
You will be charged a fee of $5.25 (subject to GST) or such other sum as may be determined by SIS from time to time for a replacement card.
